I am a proud Ohio State Buckeye Alumni where I earned my BS in Nutrition, and an Alumni of the University of Cincinnati where I earned my MS in Nutrition Sciences.  I am now a Nutrition Editor for FOODPICKER.org!  In my free time I love to work out, run, and hang out with my family and friends.  I hope you enjoy my blog and learn as much as you can about Diabetes and food choices!
